According to the worldwide and local trends the convergence of telecommunications providers and the enterprises operating large telecom infrastructure forcefully appears even in the service and operational support needs and solutions as these two areas are technically more and more converging.

The goal of the project is implementing a telecommunication operation support system (OSS) capable of providing business services by insuring competitive service parameters for both the internal and external partners of the Hungarian Railway.

We create a new modern system capable of monitoring the services, we implement the central technical inventory and the workflow managed operation.
